    十一月

    十一月,留一下腳印

    持續頭痛腰痛失眠 (<-- 這個有點痛苦, 明明天氣涼了應很好睡) 中, 於是呢心情非常差

    修補副偈是十一月首要任務, 首先是調節食物種類 (= 減少吃零食) , 控制上網時間 & 多看點書 (已堆得不像話). 

    戒食紅肉持續中, 除了外食有點 limit , 也沒什麼不方便的

     

    放我一個是對我最好的對待
